You’ll support the PM across procurement, cost tracking, subcontractor engagement, and contract compliance on builds typically ranging from $5M to $30M. You will be responsible for: • Managing subcontractor claims and variations • Preparing scopes of work and procurement schedules • Finalising contracts and overseeing project budgets • Liaising with internal teams, clients, consultants, and trades • Supporting the PM with commercial reporting, forecasting, and compliance You’ll be exposed to new builds and refurbishments across key sectors like health, education, and civic infrastructure, all in live environments where detail and professionalism matter. The Builder Progressive, positive and partnered with their clients, this large reputable Tier 3 construction contractor has an 80% repeat client base across a range of commercial construction projects within the $5M - $45M price range. Projects include: Public and private Schools Health builds Sports/Leisure State/Federal buildings Community buildings Over the years this well-established commercial building head contractor has been nominated for, and won, significant numbers of Master Builders project awards, whilst the projects they have delivered have received a number of architectural awards - you will build technically challenging, rewarding and interesting projects. Are you suitable? This opportunity suits someone who’s already had exposure to full project delivery and is ready to step into a more autonomous regional role. You’ll need strong commercial instincts and the ability to work closely with a site-based delivery team.
